Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been interested in this product for a while, and the sample I used suited my skin, so I bought a lucky bag and it was included in the collection. I especially noticed the moisturizing effect. My skin became hydrated and translucent, which made it feel brighter. The price is a little high for me, so I plan to continue using it only during the cold season.
I love the scent of wild rose and use their hand cream. I tried the balm, but was disappointed when it gave me breakouts, probably because I don't like beeswax. Then I came across this and started using it. I usually use skincare products and base makeup that don't have much of a scent, but this scent is amazing and soothing. It's true that it's sticky, so people's tastes may differ, but I like to feel well-moisturized even in the summer, so I use it without any problems. I'm not sure about the effectiveness yet, but since I'm mainly after the scent, I might be a little lenient on the effectiveness.
I use this on spring and summer nights. It's moisturizing, but it's a bit sticky and has a very strong scent. I like the scent, but since it's something you put on your face, it doesn't need to be so strong. My husband was so surprised when I put it on while he was eating, he didn't like it. lol As for the effects, maybe it's because I don't use it every day, but I didn't notice any particular benefits other than moisturizing, so I don't think I'll buy it again.
