Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use it for nighttime care when my lips are dry. It's a firm balm, but warming it with my fingers makes it easier to spread. When I apply it before bed, it leaves my lips feeling moisturized until the next morning, and it seems to help soothe chapped lips. The scent is subtle, so I can use it while relaxing.
My children's lips are dry, chapped, red, and have deep vertical wrinkles. They sting when soy sauce and other ingredients sting, so I bought this. At first, they tried a cheap character lip balm, but it didn't really help. My Obagi lip balm is sticky and glossy, like lip gloss, and they don't like it, so I bought this while I was out shopping. ^_^ They usually go to kindergarten and school, so I can't apply lip balm frequently during the day, but I apply it in the morning, after coming home, after bathing, and before bed. Within a day, the redness significantly subsided, and the vertical wrinkles became a little shallower. By the second day, soy sauce and other ingredients stopped stinging, and by the third day, the problem was much better. It's safe for children, so it's very helpful. Since it doesn't leave lips feeling shiny after application, I think it's also suitable for men.
I felt that it was quite moisturizing, but it's a little pricey so I don't plan on buying it again.
It came in a lucky bag. It has just the right consistency, making it easy to apply, and moisturizes without being sticky.
It's not frizzy but it's very moisturizing. I can smell the Neal's Yard Wild Rose scent when I apply it, but it doesn't linger for long. It's a nice change of pace. The packaging is cute, so I keep it on my desk and use it.
