How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's easy to use because you don't have to lather it up. The volume is small, so I use it to lift my spirits when I want to. When I use it together with the frankincense lotion, my skin stays stable in the summer.
I love it. I use it every morning not so much to wash, but to enjoy the scent and texture. The manager of Yokohama Joinus once said, "The things I like most are the cleanser (made with frankincense) and this wash." Now I understand what he meant. He's a wonderful manager... He also talks about yoga and Ayurveda. I currently use other companies' cleansers and lotions, but I use this face wash like it's my obsession. The scent is gentle on my sleepy face in the morning. The container is also luxurious and beautiful.
I've bought this so many times that I can't imagine using anything else! I wish the capacity was a little larger... I'm repurchasing it. The official website charges shipping, but Suzykirei offers free shipping, which is a relief lol. I think it's a valuable product that lets you wash your face while feeling moisturized. All you have to do is spread the milk all over your face and lightly lather it with a little water - it's easy and convenient! I've been buying it for ages. There's no tightness or stickiness after washing your face. Neal's Yard Remedies products typically have aromatic scents, but this face wash seems to have almost no scent. I absolutely love this product. I'll probably keep using it for the rest of my life.
