When I first used it, the texture was a bit hard, and when I spread it on my skin, it turned white, and I thought it might not blend in well, but as I massaged it in, I could see it absorbed and moisturized my skin. The scent is refreshing and not too sweet, so it's easy to use. My hands haven't been rough since I started using it. I use it as a night cream, so I keep it by my bedside so I don't forget to apply it. My hands are smooth and silky in the morning! The only thing is that it's a bit pricey. I'll consider repurchasing it after using it up.
I've tried a lot of different hand creams, but I was surprised by how different the texture of this one is (*^^*) It feels quite thick when you apply it. When you spread it on your hands, at first it doesn't feel like it's sinking into your skin, it just feels like you're spreading it. What is this? I thought, but after letting it soak in for a bit, it was quickly absorbed into my skin (*´∀`*)ノ My hands were extremely dry and chapped, but after just a few applications, they were cured. Amazing...! The scent is strong, perhaps due to the bergamot. It feels like something you'd find in a store that advertises organic products or aromatherapy. Personally, I don't like it, so that's the only disappointment. I might keep one on hand for emergencies.
It has a thick texture and spreads well. It's great for winter, but it might be a bit heavy in summer. The scent is calming, and I'm sure it would help you sleep better if you went to bed smelling it. I think it would be a better scent for both men and women than rose scents. The aroma oils seem to be popular, so I'll check them out.
It was in this year's lucky bag. It was a 5,000 yen lucky bag. It's light and spreads easily. It feels fresh. It's averagely moisturizing. It absorbs quickly into the skin. It's not suitable for people with very rough hands. However, the scent is amazing. I'm not sure what garden mint is, but it doesn't have much of a minty flavor. Maybe it's blended well with bergamot? Is it closer to lemongrass? Sorry if it's hard to understand. It doesn't need a strong aroma to soothe both body and mind. It puts you in a relaxed state... It's not overpowering, so you can wear it anywhere. I found out the price later, but it was 3,000 yen!! It's quite expensive, but for Neal's Yard, the scent and soothing effect make it worth it. It's a natural scent, not an artificial one. I'm not familiar with other Neal's Yard hand creams, but after learning about this one, I want to try their other scents. It's become one of my favorite soothing items. I'll want another one when I run out.
It's surprisingly good. Kiehl's was my number one hand cream, but this one might be updated. I only use it at night, and my skin feels so much softer in the morning. It's like a slightly lighter version of Kiehl's, and it's less sticky. Just by applying it at night to my palms, my dryness has gone from just dry to a moderately flaky texture. Yes, I can actually feel the repair effect. This was the biggest surprise. The scent has a strong lemony note, and I think there are few people, both men and women, who would dislike it. The texture, too, makes it suitable for everyone. I bought it because it's from Neal's Yard, thinking it would smell nice, but it's even more effective than that. PS: It also worked well on my heels. It fixed cracks. (Used with sandpaper.)
