How to use
Wet your face with lukewarm water. Take 1-2cm of cleansing cream in your hand and mix it with lukewarm water to make a paste. Gently press the cream onto your face with both hands to wash. Do not rub.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was very impressed when I used this product for the first time! It was my first time washing my face with a hand brush, and it felt fresh and refreshing, but after washing, my skin felt moisturized, the roughness was gone, and it became soft. It also calmed my unstable skin during pollen season, which was great! After that, I used Hauschka toner, which felt great and calmed my skin even more!
When I wash my face on a winter morning, I can really feel the benefits of this product. It moisturizes and calms my skin, smoothing it out and stabilizing the texture. I like how it leaves a different feeling after washing than other face washes. It's hard to reach for it in the middle of summer, but it might be good for skin that's become dry from the air conditioner. This is my second purchase, and I think I'll buy it again when I run out.
It was very useful during the winter. I think it's amazing how it doesn't dry out my skin at all after washing.
It feels more like a pre-skin care product than a face wash. It leaves the skin feeling moisturized and calm. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any effect on the pores on my nose. I like the scent and it's soothing.
The mild texture is gentle on the skin. It can be washed without any burden, so it is also recommended for troubled skin.
