What it is
This skin care cotton is unbleached, uncolored, and unchemically treated, making it gentle on the skin. The raw material is cotton grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. It can be used safely by people with sensitive skin. Brown or black spots may be seen on the surface or inside of the cotton, but these are cotton seed husks and do not affect use. .

[Special care]. Tear off a cotton ball soaked in plenty of lotion and place it on the area that is prone to dryness, leaving it as a pack for 5 to 6 minutes.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It feels soft and fluffy to the touch. Many organic cotton products tend to pill, but this cotton doesn't pill, so you can use it without any stress.
It came with the trial kit. I soaked it in cleansing water and used it. As others have said, it does pill. I've tried the same organic cotton from Muji, but I preferred the feel of the Muji one, both in terms of price and texture. The appearance is almost the same. It's a large size, so it's convenient to soak it in plenty.
It's made of super soft cotton but doesn't pill, so it's super easy to use! I use it to remove makeup and for skin care. I'll definitely be buying it again.

I bought this cotton from Suzykirei, thinking it would be of high quality since it's from Gangwon Province. If regular cotton looks like white rice, this one looks like brown rice that's been aged for 5 minutes. It's truly organic. It's very comfortable to use. It's soft and hardly pills. It comes in a zipper instead of a box, so it keeps dust out and is easy to use. I highly recommend it.
