What it is
This gentle, natural clay exfoliating facial cleanser is based on a natural ingredient called kaolin, with added moisturizing ingredients for a smooth, creamy texture. It removes only the dead skin cells that need to be removed that day, leaving skin healthy and radiant. Its gentleness makes it suitable for daily use, even around the sensitive eye and mouth areas. Made with plant-derived ingredients, natural moisturizing ingredients, fragrance-free, colorant-free, oil-free, and alcohol-free.

How to use
After washing your face with Sabon, take approximately two teaspoons of Flote and spread it in your palm. Gently apply it to your entire wet face using your palm. Gently glide your palm over the Flote, stroking it slowly and gently. Rub it over your eyelids and lips as well. After rubbing, rinse with lukewarm water. *Use Flote while bathing. Please be sure to check for any abnormalities on your skin before use. Do not use if your skin does not suit you, i.e., in the following cases. Continued use may worsen the symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist. (1) If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (vitiligo, etc.), or darkening during use. (2) If the above abnormalities occur after direct sunlight exposure to the skin where the product was used. Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, or eczema. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
