What it is
The KI-NU-BA-RA skincare series combines 100% silk extract from Gunma Prefecture, the pride of Japan's silk kingdom, with damask rose water from Bulgaria, the world's leading rose-producing region. Silk and rose: two sources of beauty overflowing with the boundless energy of nature. This cream delivers fresh, lustrous skin. It combines domestic silk extract and Enio Bonchev rose water with petrolatum, talc, mineral oil, and rose oil. The petrolatum and talc are added to maintain the cream's viscosity. The mineral oil is approved as a food additive in the United States. Enio Bonchev rose oil is also added to enhance the fragrance and shelf life. The silk extract used in KI-NU-BA-RA silk is made by boiling the silk floss from silkworm cocoons that are grown exclusively on pesticide-free mulberry trees. The liquid, extracted using a unique, chemical-free technique, preserves the unique properties and functions of silk amino acids, a delicate and difficult substance to handle, resulting in a "dream extract." KI-NU-BA-RA roses are extracted by the same company that produces NO-MU-BA-RA, Enio Bonchev, using steam distillation in a dedicated rosewater kettle. They contain an exceptionally high amount of rose essential oil, approximately 0.1%, four to five times more than traditional rosewater, allowing you to fully enjoy the benefits of roses. 100% Japanese silk, natural, chemical-free, pesticide-free, and completely additive-free. Since no preservatives or antioxidants are used, use within two to three months after opening and store in a cool, dark place.

How to use
After toning your skin with lotion, warm an appropriate amount (about 1-2 pearls) in the palm of your hand and massage it into your face and neck. Finally, gently press your palms into your face. When applying foundation, pat it with a tissue before applying.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
