What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It was a white, translucent, thick lotion. It's very comfortable to use in the winter, when the skin tends to dry out. It may feel a bit sticky in the summer. I don't feel any obvious whitening effect, and I don't think it has increased the number of spots. It's moisturizing and blends well with the skin, so I bought it again. I bought a refill for my second bottle, and it was easy to refill.
It was a slightly thick lotion. The pores on my cheeks got smaller the day I used it, and the texture of my skin was different the next morning!! Also, there was no oiliness that was there while I was sleeping, and the feeling of greasiness around my nose was gone when I woke up in the morning. I thought it was a well-balanced lotion that didn't dry out my skin but didn't cause excess oil secretion either. Rather than making my skin whiter, it made my skin look brighter because it made it finer. I didn't see any effect on wrinkles, so I would recommend it to those who want to reduce open pores and whiten their skin ^. ^
I bought this because I was interested in whitening care. I feel like my skin has gotten better, but as I have oily skin, it still feels a bit sticky. When I had only a little left, I switched to another product, but with the remaining amount, I use it little by little before applying makeup base. When I apply this after washing my face, it helps the makeup base spread well, so it's very helpful.
It's moisturizing. It feels better on the skin if you use cotton.
It has a light, watery texture. Since I'm using a sample, I haven't noticed any whitening effects yet, but I think it's very moisturizing considering its texture.
