Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a wipe-off type that you can soak a cotton pad in and use, which leaves a refreshing feeling, so it's very easy to use. It's also good value for money, so I'd like to continue using it.
I was worried that the wipe and alcohol would irritate my skin, but it didn't, and I feel like the serum penetrates better when I use it.
I received a sample at a Clinique store and liked it, so I bought it. After washing my face, I wiped it off with a cotton pad, which removed any dirt that had clogged my pores, leaving me feeling refreshed. It has a strong alcoholic feel, so I'm concerned about the smell and the tingling sensation, but it helps my skin absorb lotions and serums more easily.
When I first used it, I honestly felt quite a strong alcoholic taste, which made me a little worried, wondering, "Huh, is this okay to use on sensitive skin...?" It also felt a tingling sensation near my eyes, so I avoided using it in that area. However, as I continued to use it, I noticed a difference. The lotion and serum I used afterwards absorbed noticeably better, and my skin felt moisturized and smoother. I use it in the morning after washing my face with water, and at night after cleansing and washing my face. When I use it in the morning, my makeup goes on better, and when I use it at night, I feel like I can feel the effects of my skincare more clearly. It's not completely irritating, so it's not for everyone, but I think it's worth a try for those who want to incorporate exfoliation or improve the absorption of their skincare routine.
