What it is
A cleansing balm that melts smoothly from balm to oil the moment it is applied to the skin. It quickly removes point makeup, old dead skin cells and dirt, and supports the skin's barrier function. How to use
Take an appropriate amount and spread it on dry skin, blending it thoroughly with makeup and dirt. Then, add water to emulsify and rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. Then, follow with your 3-step skincare routine (soap, lotion, emulsion).

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The balm melts in your hands, making it easy to remove makeup. I don't wear heavy makeup, so I'm not sure, but it doesn't feel hard to remove and it comes off cleanly. It doesn't feel tight, and it's moisturizing, so it seems like it's good for your skin.
It has a thick, creamy texture and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight after washing, and it removes all makeup except waterproof makeup cleanly. I bought the trial size for travel and it was a hit!
I ran out of the oil cleanser I'd been using for years, which is unusual for me, so I bought this mini size for the first time. I'd always felt that balm-type products were a bit of a pain, but that feeling was completely dispelled. The balm melts into my skin as soon as it touches it. My skin feels so smooth after rinsing it off → This one in particular. There's absolutely no unevenness! I'm so impressed.
