Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I usually use No. 2, but No. 4 was cheap online, so I bought it to try it out. It has the strongest alcohol content, but it doesn't irritate me and is very refreshing, which I really like. I've tried a variety of cleansing lotions, but this one feels the most cleansing. I think the alcohol also closes my pores for a moment, so I plan to keep it on hand and use it only on midsummer mornings before applying makeup.
I have purchased 2, 3, and the non-alcoholic version many times, but I also occasionally use 4. I think it's especially effective on the neck.
I have oily skin, so I bought the 4th one and often use it in place of face wash in the morning. It cleanses my oily skin after waking up and removes all the dirt! I feel like my makeup doesn't come off as easily during the day as it used to. It's my favorite!
I get a lot of acne before my period, so my sister recommended that I borrow a CLINIQUE cleansing lotion. The redness subsided the next day, so I decided to buy it. I was thinking of buying the acne lotion, but since I was planning to use it every day, I ended up buying No. 4. It's only been a month since I started using it, so I haven't seen any dramatic changes, but I think the redness of my skin and acne have calmed down.
I'm on my third purchase now! I feel like my skin is less prone to irritation after using this!
