Apply multiple layers of product from the roots of your eyelashes to the tips, moving the brush back and forth in a zigzag motion. For lower eyelashes, hold the brush vertically. Use your fingertips to apply warm water (bathtub temperature is ideal) to your eyelashes several times and lightly press down on them. Alternatively, dampen a cotton pad with lukewarm water, press it against your eyes, then wipe off.
