Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought the set. It's neither good nor bad. It leaves your skin feeling refreshed. I don't feel it's very moisturizing. It's just a regular face wash. I didn't buy the actual product.
I bought Tolerian because I liked Effaclar. However, it's not the same. It doesn't feel as dry as Effaclar, but it's not as itchy, so I used it up and went back to Effaclar.
La Roche-Posay has a strong reputation for being reliable. I don't expect anything more from my face wash, so I love this one, which doesn't have any side effects in a good way. It does have a slight pool-like smell. I would especially recommend this to those with sensitive skin looking for a face wash.
It lathers well and doesn't dry out your skin after washing, so I'd say it's neither good nor bad.
I tried the sample and liked it so I bought it, but it's expensive so I probably won't buy it again.
