What it is
This slightly thickened lotion moisturizes and slightly acidifies the skin after cleansing. It has a mild texture thanks to its low ethanol content (less than 0.5%). It does not contain synthetic surfactants, synthetic preservatives, fragrances, or coloring agents.

Water, glycerin, quince seed extract, loquat leaf extract, birch extract, loofah extract, licorice root extract, trehalose, citric acid, sodium citrate, xanthan gum, hinokitiol, ethanol
How to use
Wash the bottle, inner stopper, and cap thoroughly with hot water (avoid boiling water), then dry them thoroughly before refilling. After refilling, cut off or write down the serial number on the bottom left of the back of the bottle and keep it for future reference.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
