Photosensitizer (Quaternium-51) conditions the skin, creating a favorable environment for beautiful eyelashes and eyebrows. How to Work It Into Your Routine
For eyelashes: Take an appropriate amount onto clean fingertips and apply once or twice a day, pinching up from the base of your eyelashes and stroking them towards the tips. For eyebrows, take an appropriate amount onto a brush and gently rub into the tips of your eyelashes. For other areas such as the hairline and sideburns, apply a little more product, massaging in.
