What it is
This long-selling product has been on the market since 1933. Regular morning and nighttime application gradually thickens, leading to firmer, healthier eyelashes and eyebrows. It also improves mascara application. Recommended for those concerned about thinning, thinning, or sparse eyelashes and eyebrows. (Can also be used by men.) Photosensitizer (Quaternium-51) conditions the skin, creating a favorable environment for beautiful eyelashes and eyebrows. Pantothenic acid derivative (Panthenyl ethyl) protects hair roots and maintains healthy eyelashes and eyebrows. Camellia oil (Camellia oil) protects the hair surface from UV rays and the elements, preventing moisture evaporation. It adds firmness and luster to eyelashes. Purple root (Shikonin) protects the skin where eyelashes grow. -------------------The National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan issued a warning regarding the use of eyelash serum products on August 8, 2019. How to use
For eyelashes: Take an appropriate amount onto clean fingertips and apply once or twice a day, pinching up from the base of your eyelashes and stroking them towards the tips. For eyebrows, take an appropriate amount onto a brush and gently rub into the tips of your eyelashes. For other areas such as the hairline and sideburns, apply a little more product, massaging in.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
