How to use
1. After applying toner, remove the mask from the pouch and unfold it, folding the eye area of the sheet outwards. 2. First, align the sheet with your eyes, then your mouth, and then fit it to your entire face. 3. Finally, align the folded part with your eyes and press it firmly. 4. After 20-30 minutes, remove the mask and gently pat the remaining gel into your skin. *Use once or twice a week as a guideline. *The remaining gel in the pouch can be patted into the skin over the mask. *Handle the sheet gently without pulling it. *Using the cuts in the sheet will allow it to fit your face better. <Order of use> Cleansing → Toner → Mask → Lotion/Cream, etc.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
