*This product is a refill (with puff). The case is not included. The second in the series of the hugely popular HARI (*1) foundation, V3 Foundation, keeps your skin looking beautiful not only while you're wearing it, but even after you remove your makeup. It contains unique natural micro-needles "Inospicule (*1)" and beneficial ingredients that are good for your skin, including human umbilical cord blood cell conditioned medium (moisturizing), niacinamide (skin conditioning), arbutin (skin conditioning), and glutathione (skin conditioning). These ingredients reach the stratum corneum of the skin and slowly diffuse, leading to healthy skin full of moisture. In addition, it is generously formulated with skincare ingredients such as Houttuynia cordata extract (skin conditioning) to prevent rough skin and tannin complex (*2) to support sebum balance. It tightens the skin and leaves it smooth and translucent, and the beautiful finish lasts even after time passes. *Due to makeup effect. *1 Hydrolyzed sponge (skin conditioning) *2 Persimmon leaf extract, coffee seed extract, Japanese knotweed root extract, chestnut shell extract, green tea leaf extract, grape fruit extract, Japanese pepper fruit extract, safflower flower extract (all astringent ingredients)

How to use
◇Please set the refill in the dedicated case before use. ◇One pump is the recommended amount for one use. ◇Please use the included V3 Foundation dedicated puff. ◇Press both sides of the dispenser to take one pump's worth (one application) onto the included dedicated puff, and apply it in the order of jawline, cheeks, eye area, and forehead, gently lifting upwards and pressing like a stamp. ◇To avoid compromising the benefits of the HARI "Inospicule*", which is its greatest feature, when applying the foundation, do not drag the puff, but use a dabbing motion like a stamp. ◇Applying while lifting the cheeks and jawline is recommended to enhance firmness. ◇For smaller areas such as around the eyes and nose, folding the sponge to reduce the application surface area will make it easier to apply. *Hydrolyzed sponge (skin conditioning)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
