How to use
1) Spread out the mask and hold the forehead portion with both hands. 2) Place it on your face, aligning it with your eyes, and make sure it fits snugly over your forehead, both cheeks, around your mouth, and nose, preventing air from getting in. 3) Then, while holding down the sides of your nose and around your mouth, hold the cheek portion and gently lift the area below each eye towards your temples to ensure a tight fit. 4) While still holding down the sides of your nose and around your mouth, lift the mask along your jawline to ensure a tight fit. 5) Leave the mask on for about 5-15 minutes, then remove it and gently pat the remaining serum into your skin with your palms.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
