How to use
Do not discard the three-dimensional transparent sheet between the puff and the powder; always place it on top of the powder before use. Use it as the final step in your base makeup or for touch-ups while out and about. Take an appropriate amount onto the puff and spread it on your skin. Be sure to press carefully around areas prone to makeup creasing, such as the sides of the nose. Be careful not to apply too much pressure when picking up the powder, as this may result in picking up too much. It is more effective when used in conjunction with other cosmetics that have UV protection. When touching up your makeup, blot away sweat and oil with a tissue before taking small amounts onto the puff and applying. Be careful not to subject the product to strong impacts such as dropping it. Do not place it in high-temperature places or in direct sunlight. If the puff becomes dirty, gently wash it by pressing it in lukewarm water with a small amount of mild detergent, rinse thoroughly to remove all detergent residue, squeeze out excess water, reshape it, and let it dry completely in the shade before use. The empty case can be refilled with the limited edition Infinity Royal Flower Collection XV Serum-in-Powder or Infinity Pressed Powder (refill) (sold separately).

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
