How to use
Take an appropriate amount (2-3 pumps) into your hand and slowly enjoy the fragrance while taking a deep breath. Gently pat it onto your skin, starting from the center of your face and moving outwards. Cup your hands over your entire face. [Refilling Instructions and Precautions] 1. Carefully cut along the arrow. *Please refill with clean, dry hands. If you hold the refill too tightly when cutting, the contents may spill out. 2. Insert the spout into the bottle to secure it, hold the refill with one hand, and slowly pour it in. *Hold the bottle with one hand to prevent it from tipping over. *Always refill into a "THREE Balancing Flow Intensive Serum Moisturizer" bottle to prevent mixing with other products. *When refilling, refill the entire amount at once. Do not add more. *Do not wash the pump or bottle before use. *For hygienic use, we recommend replacing the container with a new one after refilling twice. *After refilling, please note the manufacturing code of this refill. This may be necessary when contacting us.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
