How to use
(1) Take some balm with a spatula. *Use on dry hands and face. *Do not let water get into the container. (2) Spread the solid balm in your palm until it turns into an oil. (3) Apply the balm to your entire face. Pay extra attention to areas of concern. For areas where you are concerned about makeup residue or blackheads, such as your chin and the sides of your nose, use your fingertips to gently massage it in. (4) Emulsify the balm. Once the cleansing balm has spread over your entire face and blended with your makeup, wet your palms little by little with lukewarm water or water to emulsify the balm. *Be careful not to add too much lukewarm water or water, as the cleanser will run off before it emulsifies and turns white. (5) Rinse off the balm. Rinse with lukewarm water or water at least 20 times. Pay special attention to rinsing your hairline, jawline, and sides of your nose. After rinsing, gently pat your face dry with a towel. After use, rinse the spatula with water, wipe off the moisture, and secure it to the lid before putting it away.

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
