How to use
(1) Press and hold the power/temperature switch button to turn on the power and wait about 10 seconds for the silicone pad to warm up. (2) Select your desired temperature and it is ready to use when the silicone pad turns light pink. (3) Push down the lever on the back of the unit. Place the silicone pad at the base of your eyelashes and clamp the entire lash while pressing down the lever. Lift the unit slightly and hold for a few seconds, then release the lever. (4) Curl your eyelashes. Divide your eyelashes into three sections: base, middle, and tip, and curl them towards the tip. If your eyelashes do not curl enough, hold them for a little longer. (5) Use mascara to finish curling your eyelashes. *Always turn off the power after use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
