How to use
[Face Mask] Step 1: Place the mask over your eyes and slowly spread it over your face, ensuring a snug fit. Step 2: Wait 5-15 minutes for the essence to absorb into your skin. Step 3: Remove the mask and gently massage any remaining essence into your skin. You can wipe off or rinse off any excess essence. [Cream] Step 1: Massage in an upward lifting motion. Using the space between your index finger and thumb, gently rub your cheeks upward from your chin towards your ears. Then, lightly push your forehead upward. Step 2: Massage your entire face outwards, from the corners of your mouth and eyes towards your ears. Step 3: Gently press with your palms until absorbed. [CC Cream] Step 1: Take an appropriate amount (pearl-sized) into your palm. Step 2: Apply to your forehead, cheeks, and chin with your fingertips. Step 3: Spread evenly over your entire face.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
