What it is

MAC Lustreglass Sheer Shine Lipstick is a sheer-but-buildable lipstick, sized 3.5g, that gives a glass-like shine and a fresh, just-glossed look. It colors richly without going opaque, feels light and balm-soft with jojoba, raspberry seed, and coconut oils, and stays comfortable through the day.

Why it's different

The finish is a sheer glass shine that builds to richer color without turning flat or heavy.
It wears like a tinted balm, cushioned by jojoba, raspberry seed, and coconut oils rather than drying down.
Color stays fresh through layering, so touch-ups keep the just-applied look.

How to use

1. For the cleanest line, start with a lip primer or balm.
2. Apply straight from the bullet, or use a lip brush for precise edges.
3. Layer for deeper color, or keep it sheer for a glossy wash.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this authentic?

Yes. We only buy from official retailers and directly from the brands here in Japan. Never resellers, never grey market stock.

We are beauty lovers too, so we know the worry, especially with something you are putting on your face. Authenticity is 100% guaranteed by us.

Is this glossy or a lipstick?

It is a lipstick with a glass-like shine, so it wears like a lipstick but looks glossy, without the stickiness a gloss can have.

How buildable is the color?

The first pass is sheer and fresh. Layer it for richer, more saturated color. It stays clear rather than muddy as you build.

Does it feel drying?

No. It is made with jojoba, raspberry seed, and coconut oils for a balm-like, cushioned feel, so it stays comfortable rather than tight.

How long does it last?

Expect a few hours of fresh shine and color before a light touch-up. Reapplying keeps the glass finish without building up.
