How to use
To prevent the lid from opening in your pocket, bag, or pouch and getting dirty, the lid is designed not to open straight up. ○To open the lid, twist it to the left or right (Figure 1) and then lift it up (Figure 2). ○To close it, place the lid on and twist it until you hear a "click". ○This is a very soft lipstick. Extend only 1-2mm when using. ○Due to its highly skincare-enhancing formula, please be careful as the color may transfer immediately after application. ○If you are concerned about color transfer, lightly blotting with a tissue before use will help the color last longer.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
