How to use
Please check the device beforehand for any distortion or damage. To align with your eyelid: With your eye half-open, gently press the device against your eyelid. To clamp your eyelashes: Align the curve of the frame with the position of your eyeliner and clamp the base of your eyelashes. Be careful not to pinch your eyelid. To clamp in several stages: Slide the device towards the tips of your eyelashes and clamp in 3-4 stages. Reduce the pressure as you get closer to the tips for a more natural finish. Remove any dirt regularly and store in a clean condition.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
