How to use
[OSAGI Tuning Smoothing Shampoo] After wetting your hair, take an appropriate amount in your hand, lather well, wash, and then rinse thoroughly. [OSAGI Tuning Repairing Conditioner] After washing away dirt from your hair and scalp with shampoo, squeeze out excess water, apply the conditioner starting from the ends of your hair, leave for 1-2 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly. [OSAGI Tuning Moisture Soap] Lather an appropriate amount well using a foaming net or similar tool, and gently wash your body. Then rinse thoroughly.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
