What it is
This water-gel cleanser offers a stress-free cleansing experience, using Noto deep-sea water*, which contains a balanced blend of minerals, to capture and remove makeup and dirt with a comfortable, almost gel-like feel. The thick, cushiony texture contains 16 beauty ingredients, including a unique extract made from Noto ingredients. It cares for the stratum corneum while cleansing, leaving your skin feeling soft and supple. How to use
1. Take an appropriate amount in your hand, spread it over your entire face, and massage it in a circular motion to blend in your makeup. 2. Rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. *For stubborn point makeup, please use a dedicated remover beforehand. ・Use with caution to ensure that no skin abnormalities occur. ・Discontinue use if it does not suit your skin. ・If redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (such as white spots), or darkening occurs during or after use when exposed to sunlight, immediately discontinue use and consult a doctor. Continued use of cosmetics may worsen symptoms, so please be careful. ・Do not use on areas with wounds, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. ・Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it gets in your eyes, do not rub, and rinse immediately. If any foreign body sensation or other abnormalities remain in the eyes afterward, consult an ophthalmologist. ・Do not store in places accessible to infants, in direct sunlight, or in places with extremely high or low temperatures. • This product is not food. • Close the cap tightly after use. • Because it contains naturally derived ingredients, the color and scent may change, but this does not affect the quality.

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
