How to use
Please be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. ◇It may cause stains on contact lenses, so please remove your lenses before use. ◇To prevent the sheets from drying out, please close the lid tightly after use. ◇Do not leave the sheets on sinks, dressing tables, furniture, etc., or wipe with the sheets. ◇Do not place in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇Keep out of reach of infants and children. [For those using eyelash extensions] ◇Can be used with eyelash extensions that use general glue (cyanoacrylate-based). ◇Do not rub the eye area from side to side. Gently apply from the base of the eyelashes to the tips, then open your eyes and gently remove dirt from the lower eyelid from the inner corner to the outer corner. ◇Eyelash extensions will naturally fall out due to friction, eyelash regrowth, and lifestyle. ◇If you start using it after getting eyelash extensions, please follow the instructions of the salon where you had them done. Open the lid and pull up the ring on the inner stopper with your finger to open it. Please be careful not to injure your finger when doing so. Take out a sheet, fold it, and carefully wipe away foundation and dirt.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
