How to use
After washing your face, take an amount about the size of 2-3 pearls onto your fingertips and massage it into your skin, lifting upwards from the bottom. Then, gently press your hands over your face. It can also be used with other skincare items. <How to refill the container> (1) Cut the spout at the top of the pack with your fingers. Be careful not to hold the pack too tightly, as the contents may spill out. (2) Hold the pack carefully to prevent spillage and slowly pour it into the container through the spout. Do not wash the bottle after use; refill it as is. Be careful, as water entering the bottle may make it unhygienic to use. Use up the entire contents before refilling the whole amount at once. Do not mix with other products or water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
