Wash gently, being careful not to rub, and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. **FOR SCALP** Synchro Shampoo Femme & Synchro Treatment After pre-washing your scalp and hair with warm water, take an appropriate amount of shampoo into your hands and apply evenly to your scalp and hair, washing gently. After rinsing the shampoo, take an appropriate amount of treatment into your hands and apply thoroughly to the ends of your hair with both hands.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
