How to use
[Kiehl's DS RTN Renewing Serum] Once a day, after toning, apply 2-3 pumps to your entire face, then follow with a cream or lotion. Recommended for nighttime use. Avoid applying to the delicate skin of the upper eyelids and lips. Avoid contact with eyes. For the neck and décolleté, use approximately 1 pump. When using in the morning, be sure to apply sunscreen. [Kiehl's Rare Earth Mask] Take an appropriate amount in your hand, lather with a small amount of water, and gently massage in a circular motion before rinsing. Can be used twice a day, morning and evening. (Avoid the eye area.) [Kiehl's DS Pre-Serum] For daily morning and evening use. After washing your face and removing excess water, take 1 dropperful and gently apply to your entire face. Then, tone, serum, and cream to condition your skin. When using during the day, be sure to apply sunscreen. [Kiehl's Herbal Toner CL Alcohol-Free] After washing your face, take an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad and apply it to your entire face, working from the center outwards. Finally, gently press it into your skin with your hands. Avoid using it around the eyes to prevent it from getting into your eyes. [Kiehl's DS Clearly Bright Essence [Quasi-drug]] After washing your face and toning your skin with lotion, take one dropperful (about the size of a 100-yen coin) and gently apply it to your entire face. For areas of concern, apply a second layer and gently press it into your skin with your hands. [Kiehl's Cream UFC] After washing your face in the morning and evening and toning your skin with lotion and serum, apply a pearl-sized amount (about 8mm in diameter) to your entire face. For areas of concern that are dry, apply a second layer to ensure thorough hydration.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
