It addresses a variety of concerns. Focusing on the structure of the eye area, it contains newly developed unique ingredients such as Kyoto-produced oak yeast extract (hydrolyzed yeast: moisturizing ingredient) and black rice ferment filtrate (Saccharomyces/rice ferment filtrate: moisturizing ingredient). Furthermore, it contains "Kyoto-produced bamboo shoot peel extract*1" as an eyelash care ingredient, providing comprehensive support for mature eye area concerns. In addition, the corset-like texture that adheres tightly and stays in place gently tightens the skin of loose eyelids. US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
