What it is
Is that sparkle the tears of a mermaid, or the radiant glow of happiness? This eyeliner, featuring a high-luminosity pearl pencil and a shadow-colored liquid liner, not only enhances the eyes but also adds moisture and sparkle to your entire expression. It's a double-ended design with a 3mm diameter eye color pencil that fits perfectly on the lower eyelid and a 0.1mm short-tipped shadow-colored liquid eyeliner that allows you to draw delicate lines as you wish. This single product serves four purposes: creating tear bags, controlling shadows, and emphasizing eyebrows and double eyelid lines. The shimmering pencil liner contains high-luminosity pearls, while the shadow-colored liquid eyeliner, which creates a three-dimensional effect, has a carefully designed color that blends seamlessly into the skin. Both contain film-forming ingredients that are resistant to sweat and sebum, and are less likely to smudge, keeping the beautiful finish intact until night. How to use
Extend the eye color pencil about 2mm, apply it to your lower eyelid, and gently blend it with your finger. Use the liquid eyeliner as a shadow, eyeliner, or eyebrow color.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
