Formulated with 28 moisturizing ingredients, including vitamin C derivatives and carefully selected plant ingredients from around the world, it gently removes blackheads (dirt) and heavy makeup while moisturizing the skin. It cares for the skin's foundation, leaving pores clear and moisturized. A refreshing scent blended with naturally derived orange and bergamot essential oils. No double cleansing required. How to use
With dry hands, take a cherry-sized amount of balm directly with your fingers, melt it in your palms, and then apply it to your entire face. Gently massage it in to blend with your makeup. For areas where pores are a concern, it is recommended to use the pads of your fingers to massage in a circular motion. Rinse with lukewarm water, and when the rinse water runs clear, it's a sign that you've finished washing. Double cleansing is not necessary.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
