Introducing the Cathy Doll Needle Eyebrow Pencil, an ultra-fine eyebrow pencil with a needle-like tip! The 0.85mm ultra-fine pencil allows you to draw incredibly natural-looking eyebrows, creating a delicate finish that looks just like your own brows. It glides on smoothly without applying pressure, and the beautiful color payoff creates a natural finish, making it recommended for beginners and men as well. It is resistant to sweat, water, and sebum, keeping even the easily fading ends of your eyebrows looking beautiful for a long time. It is available in 4 colors that blend well with Japanese skin tones and suit a wide range of hair colors.

How to use
Twist the pencil to extend the lead slightly and use with light pressure. Please note that the extended tip cannot be retracted. Draw individual eyebrow hairs to create your desired shape. Blend the color with the screw brush on the other end for a natural finish. Precautions for use: Please be careful as the pencil may break if dropped or if the lead is extended too far. Close the cap after use. Do not store in places with high temperature or humidity. If it does not suit your skin, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Keep out of reach of infants and children.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
