What it is
This shampoo is gentle on hair and scalp, made with cleansing ingredients derived from amino acids and coconut oil. Its fine lather gently cleanses damaged hair, leaving it smooth and shiny even with just shampooing. It contains Job's Tears amino acids, Lipidure®, and Ceracure®-V to repair hair. Job's Tears amino acids moisturize and create resilient, supple hair. Ceracure®-V repairs damaged hair and adds volume. Lipidure® locks in moisture, providing long-lasting repair and protection. Twelve plant-derived moisturizing extracts* create a healthy scalp environment. It has a clean and elegant white lily scent. *12 types of plant-derived moisturizing extracts: Madonna lily root extract, Saxifraga stolonifera extract, Edelweiss flower/leaf extract, Arnica flower extract, Linden extract, Horsetail extract, St. John's wort flower/leaf/stem extract, Sage leaf extract, Yarrow extract, Malva sylvestris flower extract, Chamomile flower extract, Calendula officinalis flower extract (all moisturizing ingredients) *This product is a refill, so the bottle is not included.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
