How to use
Warm an appropriate amount of Deep Moisture Balm in your palms and apply to areas where you are concerned about dryness. [Lock in moisture with a wrap pack] Apply a generous amount to areas that are severely dry and rough, such as your fingertips, and wrap with plastic wrap. If applied when your skin is warm after a bath, the moisturizing effect will be even greater. Can also be used for lip care. Warm an appropriate amount of Eucalyptus Balm in your palms and apply to the area under your nose or on your chest. [For dryness prevention to ensure a good night's sleep] Before going to bed, rub a generous amount under your nose and on your chest. If your skin is very dry, wearing a mask will help the fragrance last longer.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
