How to use
Apply the mascara in layers, moving the brush in a zigzag motion from side to side, from the base of the lashes to the tips. For the lower lashes, hold the brush vertically and apply. Use your fingertips to run warm water (bath temperature is ideal) over your lashes several times and gently press. Alternatively, wet a cotton pad with lukewarm water, press it against your eye, and then wipe it off.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
