What it is
Developed based on dermatological principles*1, this gentle cleansing and face wash is kind to the skin. Its cushiony, soft texture removes dirt and dead skin cells without rubbing. It's a 2-way type that can be used for both wiping and rinsing. Formulated with azelaic acid derivative*2 (skin conditioning ingredient), it helps to keep skin healthy. Cleansing, exfoliation, face washing, and moisturizing are all done in one product. Double cleansing is unnecessary, simplifying your skincare routine on busy days or tired nights. Patch tested*3 for added gentleness to the skin. Five-free formula: Alcohol (ethanol), parabens, mineral oil, synthetic colorants, and UV absorbers free*1. *1 Dermatological principles refer to cosmetics developed based on dermatological principles. *2 Azeroyl diglycinate K (skin conditioning ingredient)*3 Not all individuals will experience no irritation.

How to use
This product can be used for both wiping and rinsing. To wipe, soak a cotton pad with a generous amount (about 3-4 pumps), blend it with your makeup, and then gently wipe it off. Cleansing is complete when no more dirt comes off on the cotton pad. You can proceed to the next step of your skincare routine without rinsing. To rinse, take an appropriate amount (about 3-4 pumps) into dry hands and blend it with your makeup. Then, rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. Double cleansing is not necessary. *For stubborn makeup such as point makeup, please use a dedicated remover.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
