What it is
A daily care product with a low-irritation*2 formula born from dermatological thinking*1. This cleansing face wash transforms from a gel to a warming sensation and then to a foam, providing makeup removal and face washing in one product. Formulated with azelaic acid derivative (azeloyl diglycinate K/skin conditioning ingredient)*3, it helps to keep skin healthy. When applied to the skin, the slightly warming gel gently lifts away makeup and dirt, exfoliates, and then transforms into a lightly foaming face wash. It can also be used as a pack before rinsing, leading to moist and smooth skin. No double cleansing is required, making it easy to use even on busy days. Point 1 A 7-free formula designed with skin gentleness in mind: Alcohol (ethanol), silicone, parabens, mineral oil, synthetic colorants, UV absorbers, and sulfates (sulfate-based surfactants) free. How to use
1. Take an appropriate amount (about 2-3 pumps) into your palm and spread it over your entire face. 2. Gently massage it in to blend with your makeup. The gel will gradually warm up and lift away the dirt. 3. Then, add a small amount of water or lukewarm water, lather it on your skin, and rinse thoroughly. *Double cleansing is not necessary. *For stubborn makeup such as point makeup, please use a dedicated remover. *If using as a mask, spread the gel over your entire face, leave it on for about 1 minute, then lather and rinse.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
