How to use
Daily quick care [Dermagen Serum BT]: After applying toner, take about two pumps into your palm and spread it thoroughly over your entire face. Weekly intensive care [Dermagen Filler HA → Dermagen Serum BT]: After applying toner, apply "Dermagen Filler HA" to areas of concern such as around the eyes and mouth, and then apply "Dermagen Serum BT" over the mask, patting it in. [Infinesse Dermagen Serum BT]: Tilt the container towards the pump nozzle to use it without waste. Do not twist the fixed nozzle, as this may break the pump. [Infinesse Dermagen Filler HA]: Use with dry hands, as it will become unusable if it gets wet. It is sensitive to moisture, so use immediately after opening the bag. Because it is covered with fine needles, you may feel irritation when applying or while wearing the mask. If the irritation persists, discontinue use. Do not press hard on the mask or move it after applying it. After sun exposure, wait until redness and irritation subside before using. If any hardened ingredients remain on the skin after removing the mask, rinse thoroughly with water without rubbing. Do not reuse a mask that has been used once. Do not sleep with the mask on.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
