How to use
Take an appropriate amount (approximately 2 cm) in your hand, lather well with cold or lukewarm water, and wash gently. Then, rinse thoroughly. <Caution> . Do not store in direct sunlight or in high or low temperatures. As natural ingredients are used, the color and scent of the contents may vary slightly depending on the product, but this does not affect the quality. Keep out of reach of infants and young children. Tightly close the cap after use. Rinse thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are completely removed. If using a bathroom dryer, do not store in the bathroom. Caution: If you have a history of allergies to ingredients, please be careful. Always perform a patch test before using cosmetics for the first time. Use with caution, paying close attention to any skin irritation. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If product gets into eyes, rinse immediately. If your eyes feel unwell, consult an ophthalmologist.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
