What it is
This is not a serum you smooth on. The Hyalo Cica Rich Shot is pressed directly against the skin and clicked — a hollow micro-needle 0.2mm long at the tip releases the formula into the stratum corneum on contact, in a way that conventional application simply cannot replicate. The concept is drawn from medical micro-needling technology, scaled down for daily at-home use with an ultra-fine needle designed to cause no pain and close immediately after use. The formula inside focuses on two priorities: intense moisture delivery via three types of hyaluronic acid, and barrier calming via high-purity CICA — a combination designed for skin that feels dry, reactive, or less bouncy than it used to. Developed by Euglena Co., Ltd., a Japanese biotech company known for integrating Euglena (microalgae) extract across its wellness and beauty brands. A genuinely novel format at an accessible Japanese market price, and one of the more interesting treatments to come out of Japan's functional skincare space in recent years.

(1) Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid): draws and holds moisture in the skin surface layer

(3) Hydrolyzed Hyaluronate Zinc: combines hyaluronic acid with zinc for skin-conditioning support alongside hydration
(4) Centella Asiatica Extract (CICA): calms irritation, reduces sensitivity, and stabilizes the skin barrier
(5) Euglena Extract: CONC LABO's proprietary microalgae-derived ingredient that supports skin renewal and conditioning

How to use
Use as part of your daily skincare routine, on clean bare skin before other skincare steps. If the needle tip appears dry, knock the base 2 to 3 times into the palm of your hand first to fill it with serum. Press the needle tip gently but firmly against the area of concern — cheeks, under-eye area, or around the mouth — and click the knock button once or twice. Hold the position for 3 seconds to allow the serum to absorb into the stratum corneum. After completing the targeted areas, gently pat any remaining serum into the skin with fingertips. Continue with your regular toner, serum, and moisturizer. Use daily for sustained results.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
