What it is
A cleansing balm that melts away dirt and blackheads from pores. Formulated with 28 moisturizing ingredients, including vitamin C derivatives and carefully selected botanical ingredients, it gently removes dirt and makeup from pores while moisturizing the skin. It cares for the skin's foundation*1, leaving pores clear and moisturized. A refreshing scent blended with natural orange and bergamot essential oils. No need for double cleansing. Compatible with eyelash extensions*2. *1 Can be used on the stratum corneum*2 if you use regular glue (cyanoacrylate-based ingredients). No additives: synthetic fragrances, synthetic colorings, or parabens

How to use
With dry hands, take a cherry-sized amount directly onto your fingers, melt the balm in your palm, and then apply it all over your face. Gently massage it in to blend with your makeup. For areas with pores, we recommend using the pads of your fingers to massage in circular motions. Rinse with lukewarm water, and when the rinsing water runs clear, it's ready to wash. No need to double cleanse.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
