How to use
1. Use after washing your face and toning your skin with lotion. 2. Fit the mask over your eyes and mouth. 3. Leave on for approximately 5 minutes, then remove the mask. 4. Rub any remaining serum into your skin with your palms. - Pay close attention to any abnormalities on your skin before use. - Discontinue use if any abnormalities or irritation occur. - If redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening occur during use or after exposure to direct sunlight, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Continued use may worsen the symptoms. - Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. - If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water. - Store away from extremely hot or cold places and direct sunlight. - Use as soon as possible after opening. - Avoid wearing the mask for long periods of time and do not sleep with it on. - For hygiene reasons, do not reuse a mask once used. Also, do not put the mask back into the bag once it has been removed. - The mask does not dissolve in water, so do not flush it down the toilet. - After use, close the zipper tightly and store with the zipper facing up. - The scent may change over time, but this does not affect the quality.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
