How to use
When using for the first time, press the pump several times until the contents come out. After washing your face, dispense the product into your palm and then spread it over your entire palm. The recommended amount for one use is three pumps (approximately 0.6 mL). With your face tilted slightly upward and your eyes closed, gently press the product into your entire face, working from the inside to the outside, in several steps. Finally, slide your fingers from under your ears toward your collarbone, gently pressing above your collarbone. <Precautions when replacing the pump> To maintain quality, only use the Kanebo Fusioning Solution pump. Do not transfer remaining contents into a new refill container. For hygienic use, do not wash the pump, but use it as is. When replacing the pump, be careful not to get the contents on the opening of the replacement pump. If any gets on it, wipe it off thoroughly with tissue paper or similar.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
