How to use
After shampooing, apply an appropriate amount to your hair and then rinse. 1. (1) Firmly hold the part on the spout at the top of the pack and cut along the arrow (in the direction of the arrow) in the order (1) ⇒ (2). *Please be careful not to hold the pack too tightly when cutting as this may cause the liquid to splash. 2. Insert the spout firmly into the mouth of the bottle and slowly squeeze out the contents. Always refill into a used bottle container of Ichikami Nameraka Smooth Care Conditioner. Before refilling, thoroughly wash the inside of the bottle and the pump with tap water, dry, and then refill the entire amount at once. Do not mix with other conditioners or water. After refilling, record the serial number on the bottom of this pack or cut it out and attach it to the container. (This may be required when making inquiries.)

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

[Usage] Shampoo: At this time of year, I've been feeling more dry than usual, but after washing with this shampoo, I felt like the dryness was reduced more than usual. My hair also felt less frizzy than usual when I woke up in the morning, making styling easier. Conditioner: I didn't feel any sticky residue, and I really liked how moisturized it left my hair after washing. The loose texture made it easy to apply and manage, which was a great point. The renewed "Ichikami Series" now has a range of products to address a variety of concerns, so I highly recommend it!!

We tried out the three types of rich, double-moisturizing care shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo has a smooth wash-up feel, and the gentle scent of slightly sweet apricot and elegant cherry blossoms changes in strength, with the shampoo having a 30% bloomed scent and the conditioner having a 70% bloomed scent.
