How to use
After shampooing, apply an appropriate amount to your hair and rinse. (1) Firmly grasp the base of the spout and turn the cap in the direction of the arrow to open. *Please be careful of the cut edge of the cap when opening. Also, holding the pack too tightly may cause the liquid to splash out. (2) Bring the spout close to the mouth of the bottle and slowly squeeze out the contents. To completely remove all remaining liquid, fold the pouch and squeeze from the bottom. *Place the container on a flat surface and refill the bottle up to approximately 80% full. Any more than this may cause overflow when attaching the pump. (3) If any liquid remains, tightly close the cap and store it upright. Always refill into a used pump bottle of Ichikami Smooth Care Conditioner. Before refilling, thoroughly wash the inside of the bottle and the pump with tap water and dry them before refilling. Do not mix with other conditioners or water. Do not use this product without refilling it or leave it in the bathroom. After refilling, please note down the serial number on the bottom of this pack (it may be necessary if you have any inquiries).

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

[Usage] Shampoo: At this time of year, I've been feeling more dry than usual, but after washing with this shampoo, I felt like the dryness was reduced more than usual. My hair also felt less frizzy than usual when I woke up in the morning, making styling easier. Conditioner: I didn't feel any sticky residue, and I really liked how moisturized it left my hair after washing. The loose texture made it easy to apply and manage, which was a great point.
